This is the last picture I have with the children.
They are 5 and 7 years old in this picture. The next week they were taken from me because of a false accusation that I slapped Jack because “his shoes were too tight”.
Despite being cleared, Judge Messer refuses to let me have visitation outside of 55 minutes 3 times a month in a 10×10 room, supervised. They are now 7 and 9 years old.
Accusation
On August 4th, 2021, Jack told me he and his little sister were going to a therapist and it was a secret. The very next day his mother accused me of slapping Jack in the face and to the floor because he said his shoes were too tight.
According to her story Jack had no marks and did not tell her until the next day at the secret therapy, when he just “blurted it out while telling her about his day”. Jack has never been spanked, yet he just blurted this out a day later while discussing his day? He didn’t mention it to her 2 hours after it supposedly happened when she came to pick him up the day before?
She filed child abuse charges and claimed multiple previous incidents of child abuse by me to the children. I was arrested and haven’t been allowed to have my children since.
The lies in this case are so obvious that any reasonable purpose would wonder why the mother isn’t facing serious questioning by Judge Messer.
– It is proven that she has lied under oath multiple times.
– She has changed her story multiple times and lied to authorities.
– She has forced the children to lie about their daddy with her present, while without her they either struggle to tell her story or tell the truth.
Judge Messer has exhibited extreme bias, she has ignored evidence and testimony:
* She is known to not believe in alienation.
* She does not believe a parent can make young children say bad things about another parent.
* She does not care that Ali has NEVER voiced to me, or anyone, her concerns regarding my treatment of the children.
* She does not care that Ali filed charges based upon multiple abuse events, filed a CPS report stating multiple previous abuse events, then testified that there was NO PREVIOUS abuse. One week AFTER this testimony on a recorded call with a police detective, she repeated the lies she had been saying prior to her testimony of no previous abuse, making false claims and stating “there are so many instances (of abuse)”.
* She has ignored every obvious factor that should question this false accusation including Ali’s changing stories, her exposed lies, the therapist Ali hired testifying that the therapy was a farce, as well as video & audio & photos of Ali’s drug use.
* She verbally dismissed CPS investigations that have cleared me, and she refuses to entertain the the thought that I might be totally innocent.
* She has chastised me multiple times for not taking responsibility and ownership of this situation, of which I had no idea was a premeditated plan.
Red Flags Ignored
These 3 issues would seem to cause any judge to at least question Ali’s accusations. It is obvious by Judge Messer’s comments she gave zero credence to these:
- Ali could NOT provide a single message questioning my parenting or how I treated the children, despite the fact that she testified that we ONLY text. Ali did not deny that she had never mentioned any concerns to me.
- – Ali made the accusation that I had previously abused the children to CPS, and stated on the EPO that the abuse was “ongoing”.
– She then testified that NO previous abuse had occurred.
– A week later on a recorded call with a police detective she reiterated that “so much” previous abuse occurred. - Ali swore under oath that I was aware of the children’s therapy and that my insurance was used.
The therapist testified that Ali told her that “he cannot find out” about the therapy. Jack also told the judge that I was not supposed to know about his therapy and that I had just found out.
Ali testified that we never speak on the phone. All communication is done by text. Thus there is a record of every conversation we have had. If the children were afraid of me and if abuse had been ongoing, surely she has texts voicing her concern about the welfare and the treatment of the children… right?
She could not produce a single text over the last 10 years that questioned my care of the children, or any reference of them fearing me.
I provided every text we sent each other during the year leading up to the false accusation. These included texts on the same day in which she was reporting abuse to the children’s therapist. She never expressed the slightest concern to me regarding my treatment of the children.
*Ali lied to authorities about past abuse.
Date these instances.
*Ali lied about me knowing about the therapy and using my insurance.
During her testimony Ali swore that I knew about the children’s secret therapy and that my insurance was used to pay for the therapy.
My girlfriend, myself, and even the therapist she hired contradicted this lie. And so did my 7 year old son.
