We were divorced in 2018, during the Mediation Hearing, we were both questioned about any violence in the marriage. There was none and we both confirmed that there was none.
A few months after the divorce was final she wanted more money and filed a motion for more money by asking for more time with the children. The only accusation of bad interaction with me was my criticisms of her drug use around the children and the fact she was gone so often leaving the children with her 78 year old mother.
In an attempt to get money from me Ali accused me of not wanting to see the children. This was absolutely false and I provided the pick up and drop off text messages from every single visit. This was the first of many blatant lies.

I admit that I was very upset with Ali and her drug use around the children. She left baggies of drugs laying around, along with pipes and even edibles that look like candy. In my opinion this is horrible and I let her know. I took a video of the children’s room with drug paraphernalia in it and the children brought me the baggies of drugs on another occasion in which I had come to pick them up.

Ali’s motion for more money was going no where fast, but at the same time I was going through a break up with a girlfriend. They communicated with each other and this has been the catalyst for every accusation against me and the reason for taking my children.

2022 testimony phone info and add DVO video
As soon as the ex-girlfriend filed her complaint Ali immediately revised her motion to claim that I had been abusive to her for years. She did not list any specifics, just that I have always been violent to her. In 2022 Ali contradicts these claims with her own testimony (again).
