June 7, 2022, Friend of the Court (FOC) Report:
– The ex-wife told the children that their father was not present at their births. He had to show them photos.
– The ex-wife told the children that their father had “mental issues”.
– The ex-wife told the children that the father was always angry.
– The ex-wife told the children the father did not love them.
– Ex-wife denied 31 visits to the father prior to the current false allegation.
– Immediately after the latest allegation, the children were not allowed to see their father for 2 months until supervised visitation was ordered.
– The ex-wife waited over a month before conducting her interview with Greenhouse which was required before visitation could begin for the father.
– The ex-wife delayed the initial visitation for 2 weeks after the interview.
– The ex-wife has cancelled several supervised visits.
– Therapy notes and the FOC Report have several instances of the children praising their mom as great and without flaw, they say the opposite of their dad.
– The mother told the children that the father was always angry and inappropriate.
– The therapist and FOC noted several instances of the children speaking on adult topics regarding their parents and the court proceedings.
The ex-wife attempted to change the children’s last name to hers.

Immediately after the divorce the ex-wife continuously attempted to persuade the children that their last name was now Tuveson instead of Poe. This is a video of the young daughter stating her name is Tuveson instead of Poe.
The therapist testified that the ex-wife was very clear that the father could not know about the children’s therapy and alleged the father would be more violent and abusive if he found out. Of course that allegation proved to be another lie, but she absolutely did not want the father to know about the therapy.
– Allegations of past and current abuse to the children to the children’s therapist, CPS, and the police.
– Reports of neglect by the father, from the mother, to the children’s therapist.
– 2019 visitation lie
– Jeff Ruby’s lie
– Forced entry lie
– She made Jack quit Tball.
– She made Jack quit Karate.
– Jack was kicked out of his “Ninja Class” because his mother refused to take him.
– She made Adi quit gymnastics.
Jack informed the Judge that his therapy was a secret and that his did couldn’t know about the therapy “until everything is fixed”.
– Referred to their father on a 1st name basis.
– Fabricated abuse accusations about their dad.
FOC Report; both children mentioned being fearful of their dad but they were not sure why.
Removed the father from all online access to children’s school records. Removed the father and and grandparents as emergency contacts and eligible pickup and drop off drivers.
The children use words that are not in a young child’s vocabulary, such as inappropriate, when talking about their father to the therapist and FOC. They state that their dad “always breaks the rules”.
Children refer to father as “Brian”, instead of “dad” during supervised visitation and on artwork. The children told the father that the mother told them to call him by his first name. The mother says that the young children just decided to do it on their own.
