1. While at their mother’s, the children often go without baths, they do not brush their teeth regularly and Adi’s hair is rarely brushed. She would constantly complain about her hair being in knots.




During the father’s visits, his girlfriend would bathe both children and would always style Adi’s hair differently, just to see if she was being bathed at her mother’s home. More often than not, Adi would arrive back to the father’s home in the same hair style. The father’s visits were 3 days apart.



2. Due to the lack of baths at their mother’s home, Adi’s hair was always in tangles. The ex-wife became upset that the father’s girlfriend took the daughter to a salon to have her hair done professionally. The next day the 5-year-old was very excited to show her mom, but when she found out who took her, the mother grabbed a pair of scissors and cut her hair extremely short out of spite.


3. The ex-wife has taken the children out of all extracurricular activities:
– She made Jack quit Tball.
– She made Jack quit Karate.
– Jack was kicked out of his “Ninja Class” because his mother refused to take him.
– She made Adi quit gymnastics.
The father was paying for all of these activities. The mother took Adi out of gymnastics immediately after the children were taken from their father. He continued to pay for Adi’s gymnastics for over a year, because the mother promised to take her back.

4. The children have had excessive absences from school in the last 3 years.

5. The ex-wife has cancelled, or no showed, the children’s visitation with the father 31 times prior to the current false accusation. She has cancelled several visitations at the supervised shelter in the past 22 months.

6. The ex-wife is an escort and engages in porn and other sexual adult content. She has 4 different Only Fans sites.



7. The ex-wife allows the men watching her online to have access to the children. In exchange for money and gifts she sends the men videos and handmade cards from the children.

She has also allowed these men to video chat with the children, the men send the money and gifts to her home address.

8. As stated in the FOC report and in the children’s therapy notes, the mother has put the children in the middle of many adult issues.

9. The mother forced the children to lie about their father for months in the secret therapy, to CPS, the police, and a judge.

10. The mother instructed the children to call their father by his first name when they visited him at the supervised shelter. And to write his first name on art work they made for him.

She claimed that the 5 and 7-year-old did this on their own.



11. The ex-wife tested positive for drugs while pregnant with Adi. She testified under oath that the doctor approved her drug use. The doctor’s office was the entity that reported the failed drug test to CPS.
