Mediation Violations by the ex-wife:
Appointments – The ex-wife refused to notify the father of several non-emergency appointments for the children’s care other than to ask for insurance information or for him to pay the bill – after the appointment.
Shared Calendar – The father set up an online calendar for to use as a visitation guide in accordance to the mediation agreement. The ex-wife refused to utilize the calendar.
Right of First Refusal – The ex-wife has gone on multiple trips monthly for 3 years and not once did she offer that time to the father, even though he requested and brought up this section of the agreement over and over.
Extracurricular Activities – The ex-wife is supposed to pay 40%, she has never paid a cent. In fact she has taken Jack out of Tee Ball, Karate, and caused him to be removed from his favorite, Ninja Class, because she refused to take him. Absences result in removal. She took Adi out of gymnastics.
Holiday Timeshare – The ex-wife has never abided by the guidelines, the first 2 years she took the children for 10 days to Alabama, only last year due to Covid did she not take them for an extended period. the father has NEVER had them for 10 straight days at any time.
Child Tax Dependency Exemption – According to the mediation agreement, the father “shall claim Jack as a dependent for state and federal tax purposes each year”. The ex-wife has always claimed both children and ignored the father when asking about this… she also kept all Covid money for both children.
Vehicles – The ex-wife has still never returned the Toyota or agreed to take ownership. The father still pays all maintenance, insurance and taxes on the vehicle.
